Cancellation Policy
Appointment Confirmations & Cancellations
Due to an increased number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as of January 2024 our office has adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify our office of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 1 day prior to your appointment. Furthermore, any appointments that have not been confirmed by 7:30am on the day of the appointment will be subject to cancellation by our office staff.
Any patients who no show to a scheduled appointment or have a same-day cancellation will be charged a $50 fee. This includes appointments cancelled by staff due to a lack of confirmation.
Multiple no-shows and/or same-day cancellations may result in discharge from the practice.
New Patients:
We appreciate if all new patients complete their medical history through the patient portal prior to their appointment. If you have not completed your medical history online, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow adequate time to complete the intake before your appointment starts. Any new patients without their medical history completed that arrive late to their appointment will be rescheduled.
